ROM Hack [question] is there a way to have ds games in the 3ds menu like a dowloadable title?

im trying to play pokemon black and white in my 3ds without needing to have a R4 card, is there any way that i can do that or a place to find it? (preferably a QR code). thanks

The actual game wouldn't fit in twlnand in the first place (ignoring all the incompatibilities that would come into play)

What is (probably) possible is to create a forwarder to twloader/nds-bootstrap that loads said game from the SD, software virtualizing the DS; performance and compatibility may be questionable, though
