I'm just asking if its fixed yet because its getting a little frustrating/annoying keep having to open and close my N3ds on boot,more specificly reinand

IIRC, ReiNand was already updated to fix the 3D issue some time ago. Maybe you're using an older version?

i have had minimal issues with reinand 3.5

All of the current CFWs have had this fixed for several weeks now, if not a month.

If you're one who doesn't update often, it's probably best to stick with a stable release, but I put both just in case.

This problem is actually very old and forgotten about. You should update your CFW on a regular basis. Just take the updated folder (rei, Cakes, aurei, rxTools) and merge it with the one on your SD.
