Hacking [Question] Is it possible to transfer CIAs from red card to internal N3DS SD card?

Is there a possible way to get cia games from the Gateway red card into the sd card inside a 3ds? I'm asking this because, in a N3DS, you have to unscrew the back plate every time you want to get the sd card out. I know there is the Micro SD card management that allows you to put files from your computer into your 3ds's sd card via wifi but, I've read that it takes a long time to put files in it. Even if it's just 1gb.

I really don't think so. The 3DS isn't aware of the Gateway-MicroSD. So there shouldn't be any file-system-access. But what do I know ...

Maybe Devmenu can be modified in order to allow this or even a homebrew can be made for this.
