I was importing a game cia from BigBlueMenu which was loaded from the gateway .3ds

It was around 30% and the cart came off.

I imported it again and it was successful and the game plays.

But I was wondering if that 30% of the cia is somewhere on my 3DS memory?
When I started importing it again, it started from 0% so did the 30% delete itself?

It probably overwrote anything that had already been imported, since it's the same CIA it will be stored in the same folder on the SD card and overwrite anything already there.

okay, thanks.

Another question that I don't want to start a thread of.

I have the legit .cia installed so I can play it on my sysnand and I have an update such as the recent pokemon updates in the form of a .cia.

If I install these .cia updates from emunand, will they apply to my sysnand as well?

1) install the updates from the eshop in emunand
2) dump the ticket.db from your emunand using rxtools
3) install python 2.7
4) use funky cia
in command line go to the folder funky cia is in
type
funkycia2.py ticket.db -type update
at least i think that's it, it should download all update cia's from your ds to your computer.
5) install your own updates that you just downloaded to your sysnand

Okay, thanks. I will try it. But I have a question. You said to install updates from the eshop in emunand.
But I can't access the eshop on the emunand because I am on 9.2 in emunand.

use rxtools emunand to update to 9.6
if you need to use gateway emunand you'll need to back it up first because 9.6 wont work with gateway.
