Hacking Question can i play a game on vita from my other account?

i have hell divers on my us account, but i use mostly my japanese account , can i download the game on my us account then use the account switchet to change to japanese account and still play helldivers?

Legit games only run using the account they're tied to, so you wouldn't be able to play it without having your US account active.

Assuming you're on 3.60 and using Henkaku (since you mentioned using account switcher) you could always dump Helldivers from your US account and then install it while using your JP account.

can i dump the update only? i already have the dump of helldivers, but lack of update, also a i have 13 dlcs

You should be able to dump both with Maidump and install them, yes.
