The ones I mentioned are the only primary exploits available for 11.2 iirc (OoT is not a primary exploit, but with powersaves is one of them)

So your only options are cubic ninja or freakyforms deluxe (Both are pretty expensive nowadays)
EDIT: Or if you already have OoT, you can buy a powersave

Powersaves 3DS is a device that allows you edit the save files of 3DS cartridges. You can use a Powersaves to inject a hacked save file to an OoT3D cart to allow you to access the homebrew launcher.

Yes, you use a Powersaves device to install a particular oot3dhax save file to an OoT cartridge.

Sorry for being a noob with this, but it's a PC program?
EDIT: Oh, so there's no way if I don't buy anything?

Effectively, yes. It's a dongle with a cartridge slot on one end and a USB cable at the other, which plugs into a computer. Google is your friend. There are guide(s) on GBAtemp that outline how to install oot3dhax with one.

I can't buy it, so I think, it's obviously that I can't do it with Oot. There another ways?

Your only other options are to get a cartridge of either Freakyforms Deluxe or Cubic Ninja.

Neither Freakyforms Deluxe nor Cubic Ninja require Powersaves; that's only for OoT.
