I want to make a backup for all my games at once, but doing it one by one is really tiresome. Is there any way to do it?

What exactly do you mean by backup though? Just the files or build the CIA files from them? If you want a backup of all the installed stuff, you can easily just copy paste the "Nintendo 3DS" folder in your SD card's root to your computer. You can also just move game files in and out if you know their IDs without the need to uninstall to make space and move the files back when you want the game.

I'm talking about the save itself

if you mean saves checkpoint has a feature for that

Checkpoint?

Oh, then no. You have to do it individually for each game.

Next time, clarify it a bit (eg: game save backup) as "backup" can refer to a lot of things.
