Hacking [Question] Are savegames backep up with the db&sg backup payload compatible with save wizard ?

Like title says, are they ?
Because i have a new pro which never was connected to psn, so no psn account and can´t transfer savegames (fpkg) to usb through ps4 settings menu, only with the backup payload.
