Is there any reason not to upgrade WiiGator's cIOS released with Gamma to Waninkoko's cIOS?
(which I believe is at rev 10 now)

Is there any disadvantage to using Waninkoko's over WiiGator's?

I may have my facts wrong but I believe that when WiiGator released Gamma, he had his own cIOS that had a higher compatibility than Waninkoko's (at the time, again, correct me if I'm wrong).

My apologies if this has been asked before but I was unable to find a clear answer, kindly point me to it if it has been answered before. Thanks

Compatiblity between both rev7 cIOS should be the same. Well everything that uses usb has trouble with the usb loader cIOS, but that issue is being worked at. And Rock Band requires a cIOS based on IOS37 anyways. If you find something that doesn't work with the usb cIOS, but works with the Gamma cIOS, you can just install the Gamma cIOS to IOS248 and compile a Gamma version that uses IOS248.
