Hacking question about wii backup disc 1.31

If wii backup disc 1.31 (by NINTENDO) is capable to save personnal datas to repair semi bricked or bricked WII, could it possible to use it to extract save in 4.0 ?
If it's possible, this save could be contains the private key or not ?

Whats the difference in using the Backup Disc 1.31 and just copying the save to SD Card like you can do anyways?

I don't know but this Disc is apprently use by nintendo to save and restore personnal data on a WII to other WII but how they change the key on the save ?
It's just a question but comex en other "fake or not" show us it's eventually possible to hack by another way to Twilight.
It seems that only the pivate key is missing to hack save.
