If I play a european rom in usa, will I lag. The game i'm talking about is Call of Duty Modern Warfare Mobilized.

no, you shouldn't have slowdowns. It's internet, so it's worldwide. i'm playing it the other way round, i'm using an american rom in europe

I hate a bit WaW because i always find cheaters on my games =\

As stated, it will play fine, i Mean, I play Phantasy Star (U) from New Zealand, In which case, the other side of the world, and i play fine

It seems to connect to the local server to check which region you are at.

It'll lag IF you connect to a very far player, or if the player has a high ping.

You should be fine with common advices to lower the internet traffic and so.
