I have 2 questions

1: I readed when I have a bad rom and my DSLITE is not flashed it can be brick, is that true, so when it is flashed it cannot brick with a bad rom?

2: What is the difference between FlashMe v7 and FlashMe v7 Stealth?

Not sure about the first question but for the second question, the difference between non-stealth and stealth is that one of them removes the health warning from the beginning.

Well, it can still be bricked either way, but with a flashed version. it's possible to restore to a previous version, but you have to keep in mind that this also voids your warranty, if nintendo catches on....
My opinion is to get a passcard and m3l, dont flash your DS, and just watch where you're downloading from...

Just think about this, how long have you been getting roms from there?
Have you heard discussion anywhere about the site being reliable?
