Hacking Question about transferring a save file from cfw ps3 to henkaku Vita

Can anyone tell me how and if it is possible ?

I have the legend of heroes trails of cold steel save file on my cfw ps3 and I want to continue the game on my vita

note that my ps3 user name is not the same on the vita
