Hacking Question about sysnand and emmunand

So when i tried modding a few weeks back i failed at modding the switch because of an error(fusee.bin) so restarted the modding process once a couple days ago then got the same fusee.bin error so i looked it up on youtube in know worst thing i could have done. that didn't work so i used the guide which should have been my first thing i used. but i got it working i just want to know if I'm screwed because i just want to revert the modding i don't know if its on the Nand of the switch or if its just on the SD card. i haven't installed any pirated games or anything. if that helps
