Hacking Question about ripping an ISO

Rip/read speed never comes into play when ripping an ISO for use on a USB drive. The Wii will rip discs at whatever speeds it wants to. When burning copies onto DVDR's, the write speed can make a difference (slower right speed means less chance of a bad burn). Once you have an iso, however, it just goes onto the USB hard drive and that's it.
