Gaming Question about pre installed games and club nintendo?

I'm planning to buy a 3dsxl with a game preinstalled (mariokart) and I already have a 3ds. Because both of my 3ds' are linked to my club nintendo account can I download mario kart to my normal 3ds?

Ps; The Australian Club Nintendo sucks the website is so shitty full of errors );

You would have to use the System Transfer feature if you want to play your digital copy of the game on a different system. Club Nintendo account linking doesn't really make a difference of whether or not you can.
