Hacking Question about playing a couple Gamecube backups

Can I play Sonic Heroes and Shadow The Hedgehog on one disc using NeoGamma R9? It says on the compatibility list that Heroes works with MultiISO, but says no such thing for Shadow The Hedgehog. I put four games (those two included) on one disc and it wouldn't boot up; says something about "No Seeking" or something like that. The disc is fairly scratched, so I can't tell if it's because of that or not. But anyways, does STH in particular work on a MultiISO disc?
