Hacking Question about Nintendo 3Ds folder related to Emunand

Basically after formatting my emunand twice (have to do this to get the otp) the second time right after you set the time it freezes for about 5 secs then it says an error has occured please power off then it bricks im guessing because if you boot emunand its a full black screen so i restore and try again and guess what the EXACT same thing happened! Coincidence I think not? And I remember when i downgraded and got cfw a while ago there was a step where you had to backup the Nintendo 3ds folder because after the fact there will be some folders that dont belong but by accident I deleted that backup and stil have the folders I shouldnt could that be the cause? I havent had a problem like this before

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
