Ok for some odd reason when you first buy Gecko and do not have any codes stored in, the rebooter does not show up. But then when you upload the codes for Brawl for whatever and then go to Gecko it shows up. Also WHY will it NOT reboot when I click it? I select YES remoev copy flags and it STILL does not reboot (launch rebooter). I do not have cIOS 249. Please help.
