Hacking Question about Gateway 3.2.1 with the N3DS

I'm trying to follow the steps to be able to use the ds profile exploit on my N3DS, but I'm not sure where to find the DevMenu.3ds the instructions refer to. Google results show BigBlueBox as one of the results, is that what DevMenu.3ds is referring to or is there a file I need to find?

BigBlueMenu is a modified DevMenu if memory serves, but won't work with installing the Gateway exploit to sysNAND sadly. You'll need to find the file called DevMenu.3ds. It's in a DevTools bundle but I can't remember the exact name of it sadly (nor would I know if it were allowed to mention it regardless).

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
