Question about Gamefly..

I have a question about Gamefly. I've been with them for about 4 months and they sent my last selections in my GameQ about a week ago. I received 1 of the games but the 2nd game still didnt come. What if it never shows up at my house and I report it on the website? Will they charge me for it or something or is it like Netflix where they just send you another game?
