Hacking Question about Emunand System Transfer from 3DS XL to New 3DS XL

So I'm thinking of getting Ocarina of Time so i can finally use my New 3DS XL with Emunand Gateway....

The emuNAND on my original 3DS XL is linked to my 9.2 SysNAND and has a few CIA Custom VC installed.

Does it matter if i system transfer to my new 3DS XL with CIAs and linked NANDs?

I guess all Ambassador GBA and DSWare remain broken right?

Basically games that are NOT tied to your NNID will NOT transfer...you will need to use savedatafiler to backup and restore those saves.

Is the system transfer pretty straight forward? Or does it boot you back to synand and require a connection interruption to prevent an update?

System transfer actually transfers acivity log data? It is only thing which I actually care, because all my saves are in gateway format.
