Hey guys, my friend needs your help!
She did a system transfer drom O3DSXL(regular sd card) to NDSXL. New sd card was already in N3DSXL. She decided to do data transfer via pC. When she plugged in SD card from NDSXL to PC there was an empty folder "Nintendo 3ds".She has transferred all her data from O3DSXL's sd card to new 3DSXL's micro sd card without deleting the folder "Nintendo 3ds".As a result, data from O3DSXL's sd card folder "Nintendo 3ds" appeared in a new 3DSXL's micro sd card folder ("Nintendo 3ds").She has consulted various guides how to do it properly, but she hasn't found anything on is it ok, that there is this new folder "Nintendo 3ds" which was created, before she did any kind of transfer. The question is is everything allright? Could she insert this card in her new system, or should she do everything again, deleting the folder "Nintendo 3ds".She is particularly worried about folder creation date. cause it could probablu (or maybe this is just a presumtion) affect the cheksum on a new system.Should she worry? Or everything has been done correctly and nothing to worry about? All the folders have been put in to the root of the card.

I think if the console has not got cfw, there is nothing really dangerous.
You had to delete everything on the new sd first, but now can delete the empty nintendo 3ds folder (with no games).
PS: did the 3ds transfer some games/apps over?

if they were running cfw they should know it doesnt transfer along with system transfer and you would have to dsiware transfer it refer to this guide https://3ds.guide/installing-boot9strap-(dsiware)
