Hacking Question about cfw switch and can't follow the step by step guide.

Hello here i give an update about my problem with the guide i follow because still nothing work after hours of trying.

Press Volume Up + Power

• While your grounding pin 10, hold down Volume Up and then hold down Power.
  • You will know you are successful if the Switch seemingly does not turn on.
  • If your Switch turns on, try again. This does not mean fusee-gelee is patched as RCM is still available on patched Switches.

The switch don't turn on so far so good.

Did it work? Pat yourself on the back, you just finished the hardest part!

Now the hardest part come for me.

Your PC should play the device connected sound and your Switch should not turn on. If your Switch turns on, repeat Step 1 to enter RCM.Once your Switch is plugged in, you should see a green icon with the message “RCM OK”.

In anyway that i try always my switch open. I really don't get it.
It can't be possible that is a problem about the firmware because till to now is possible to hack it and im an old firmware.

May'be like this is more clear to receive a little help because seems is only me that have a problem about that.

Btw for your info i'm on firmware 2.3.0 new in the box if this can help and have ns atmosphere dongle.

If your Switch turns on when you plug it into your computer, that means it was never in RCM.

What are you using to enter RCM?
If you're using a paper clip or one of the other DIY methods, maybe you're not doing it right; I would suggest using a jig if you're not already, it's much easier.

i use a jig from NS atmosphere. Think is the best way.
May'be because my firmware is to old i can't do it?

You’ve had the answer multiple times - your jig ain’t working. Buy anotger one, they’re cheap. And please stop asking whether it’s simething else - it isn’t. You’re not entering RCM mode. Nothing to do wirh anything else.

I'm sorry to asking it here.

If i follow this guide to seems it working because my switch did not open. Only when connect it to pc is open.

Im not so smart than you in the switch scene.
PS4, PS3,.Wii, WiiU was much more easy.

Hope you understand me that if you follow this guide, you have a reason to know that is no problem with the jig.

What payload is on your NS Atmosphere dongle? Install a good test payload like Hekate on it. For entering RCM. first turn off the Switch completely (hold power ten seconds, then choose power off). Insert your jig (included with your NS Atmosphere dongle) in the right joycon rail. Hold Vol+ and tap the power button. You should see nothing happen on the screen. Insert your dongle and turn the little switch (on the NS Atmosphere dongle) on. Your test payload should inject, and you should see it appear on the screen. Nothing too complicated.

These steps eliminate a possible problem:
1. Connect your Switch using USB A-C or C-C to to your PC
2. Turn it off (long power press, shut down)
3. insert your jig
4. Press the normal RCM button combo
- If your Switch shows anything on the screen your jig is bad
5. Your PC should have made a "connected" sound
