Hacking (Question) A way to install Mset Exploit to another 3ds with 9.3+ through "Download Play"

Could it be posible to send modify update files when try to connect a 3ds that has no kernel access with other one with cfw and modding something in the emunand... when using download play, it ask you to update to the latest version... maybe sending some packages that bring back to old Mset or something... maybe it would work... maybe not... but I heard somewhere that it may work
