Hacking [Question] 10.1 EUR - Tubehax CFW Cake ?

Hello there,
I have some Questions i get the Tubehax with the homebrew launcher to work and now can i install the Cake CFW on my 3ds ? I started today to install a cfw on 3ds, one year ago i installed a cfw on my psp this was very easy and funny, but the 3ds seems complicated, is it possible to install a cfw without any Flashcard like Gateway ?

But this is getting ridiculous.
No, you cannot install "Cake CFW" on any 3DS/n3DS above 9.2.
AND WHAT THE HOLY WEEABOO, WHY IS THIS IN THE TUTORIALS AND FAQS SECTION

you cannot install "Cake CFW" on any 3DS/n3DS above 9.2, because all these hacks and play piracy games is not what nintendo want... so they patch the exploit that used to enter cfw on v9.3 update. UNDERSTAND?
