Hacking Qs on ezflash3in1 - Pokemon emerald/firered

As the title said, will there be ingame error like the one in vba: "The save file is corrupted, your previous save file will be loaded" on both pokemon emerald and firered/leafgreen?
And does the real time clock work?

Can't the ezflash IV client be used to fixed this problem?

Use GBATA to patch the real time clock (It still won't work, but it won't complain.)

I get the error (Running Ruby and a FireRed hack), but it still works like a charm.

So that means seeds won't grow and there won't be nighttime in emerald, and in firered we still get that annoying message?
