Hacking [Q] Would it be possible to add the functionality of Cards like the EZ Flash into CFWs like Luma3DS?

Hi,
as the Title says I was wondering if it would be possible to somehow add things like the Rom-Loader Menu of Flashcards like Gateway or the EZ Flash Redux to any CFW like Luma3DS. I'm not begging or anything I just didn't find a Thread about it where someone asked if this would be possible and I just got an EZ Flash Redux for free from a Friend since it's a completely shitty clone of a Gateway card which never got updated.
I'm already running Luma3DS with fastboot3DS but I was just wondering if this could be easily done or if this would need massive reverse engineering of every cards functions, which will most likely no Dev do since it's just not worth all the hassle of getting the cards running.
