Hacking [Q] Why .cias continue to show up like new one's everytime i reboot?

hi,i have N3DS XL 9.0.0-20E with cubic ninja at hand,i've created my emunand and installed the bigbluemenu for importing .cias content,all was fine i open every .cia that was imported but if i shut off the consolle or go to sysnand again all my c.ias continue to show like new added ones(present icons),i've tried to create folder and put them in(for vc games or 3ds.cia games)but when i restart all was out like new,i've noticed in sysnand my cias imported doesen't show at all(in my old 3DS XL tha't not happens)hope someone can help me and sorry for my bad english

Your Sysnand and Emunand are linked

Remove the micro sd card from under the backplate and format your sysnand

go in sysnand... format with the SD card removed(dont forget)... boot into emunand twice.... the second time they wont be wrapped.
