Hey guys!

I have 2 o3ds, one with Os 11.4, a9lh and Luma 7.0, and the other that is 11.3, a9lh and Luma 6.6

I wanna start using the one in 11.4 but all of my .cia games and stuff are installed in the 11.3 o3ds. So, is there a way to transfer everything from one 3ds to another?

thanks in advanced

You can swap the SD cards for the most part, but you'll have to reinstall the game tickets I believe. Re-installing HB apps will be easier than re-installing their tickets. Try Tikshop for this. You also have to back up the save files, and re-inject them to the games in the other 3DS, because save files are encrypted. Use JKSM for this.

If you do this, DO NOT get your NAND backups and otp mixed up.

This will not work, the installations are encrypted for the 3DS they are installed on. They won't show up on the home menu even if you install tickets, and won't show up in Settings under 3DS Software. If you want to transfer the games you have to do a system transfer (will change the encryption for the target console), then reinstall the tickets (which won't be transferred).

Ah okay, wasn't sure. I thought only save files are encrypted. Thanks for correcting.

Personally I just did these steps
1: NAND backup/SD backup/save backup the source system
2: Ticket backup the source system
3: Transferred everything
4: Restored NAND/SD content to old system
5: Used FBI to install all old tickets (It will promote you to download with CDN, hit no)
6: Went through the system settings and deleted all greyed out games
7: Used source system to find all of the games I had to delete
8: Restored all saves as needed.

If you do this, make sure not to play both consoles online at the same time or they'll both be banned.

You actually can't online with the old system, I tested this. It g It's because even after restoring the NAND, it seems to recognize the the NNID was already switched.

Oh ok, that's interesting, it makes sense. Does that apply to games that don't need an NNID to go online? Do they try to log you in?

I was able to go online with MH Gen, but Pokebank spit out the same error as trying to log into the NNID.
