I read threads about hexkeyz and Rei working on the crack of SX OS. But I didnt saw a general thread on that topic. Most probably my fault. Anyway, is anything public yet?

Please dont answer if you like to question the sense of the crack. All I like to learn about, is the latest status. thx

Not cracked and you don't really need it now. Also avoid looking for one because there was a cracked sx os probably still circulating and it was bricking people's switches.

You can do everything SX OS offers in other free CFW, no need for a SX OS crack at this point. Only thing you miss is a XCI loader, but there are tools to encrypt nsp's with standard crypto removing the ticket issues, the only benefit of using XCIs anyway.

You don't need the crack. Free cfws can do everything now (except directly loading XCI which is irrelevant because installing them makes so much more sense)

Directly loading xci/gameslot emulation is a moot point now that we can install any format.
I use xci games because I don't want to install them to my micro sd card.
It's easier to swap games on and off when it's just one file.
Plus I don't need to install them in the first place.

Although yeah, I had to buy tx os, it was pretty cheap.

Be informed of, and apply, updates directly from the console. EmuNAND. Integrated NAND dump and restore. Built in autoRCM installer and GPT repair. General ease of use and more polished presentation.
Not really a feature. But ok, it is maybe a feature for you
Their "EmuNAND" is just a copy of your NAND on the NAND, so dangerous. But quick bans can be a feature too I guess.
NAND dump is possible on Hekate for way longer than on SX OS.
AutoRCM is possible on Hekate too.
GPT repair is needed for SX, because it can fock up your NAND while creating the "EmuNAND".
Every CFW is easy to use.
Presentation is not a feature or something CFW can do.

XCI loading is the only good feature it has against the free competition.

Of course built in updating is a feature. I'm aware that SX emuNAND redirects the fake NAND to a file instead of an SD card. I could give a toss about emuNAND since the exploit is in the bootROM. I know Hekate's capabilities. The point is that you can perform these tasks with SX OS's boot menu. It's all contained in the boot.dat. No seperated files or payloads needed. As new utilities are added (whether stolen or not) they will be available to the end user without having to check forums or websites. Simply update from within SX OS and reboot. Easy is relative. What is easy for us is too difficult for some users to bother with.

I understand that TX has appropriated code without proper credit. However, that doesn't effect the end user experience.
