Homebrew [Q/Request] Moving ticket.db from LINKED emuNAND to sysNAND

I GOT IT DDDDD.

Was replacing title and ticket.db when only ticket needs to be replaced. Gonna do some more testing with my NAND modded console and finalize everything on my console without one.

I don't really get the purpose of this... you mean you have DSiWare or GBA VC that you acquired AFTER installing emunand?
System Transfer, perhaps?

Yeah. System transferred from my other console to my 4.x one's emuNAND and was never able to use GBA games/DSiWare.

I then system transferred all that to my 9.2 3DS's emuNAND, and I'll finally be able to use it if I get this done right.
