Hacking [Q] Is there a way to extract/edit/rebuild eshop Roms?

Hi,

I decrypted and extracted a eshop title to translate this game into another language.

But there are only one folder in the "ExtractedRomFs" folder, its called "sounds" (368MB) Oh yeah.. and there is another file "pack.dat" (130MB). I dont know where to find the text files to edit them. Is there a way to extract them or cant I do anything more?
