Gaming [Q] Game transfer ideas

I bought Fire Emblem on the eShop last week and have decided since then I really want the Fire Emblem bundle. It comes with the game pre-installed and I've confirmed that if I do a license transfer to the new 3DS, it'll override and one copy of the game is gone for good.

Can anyone think of a way to get the pre-installed version off the Bundle 3DS and into safe keeping for another transfer? The ultimate goal is to sell both my old console + game to some old WoW buddies of mine.

Unfortunately the game is like hard coded into the system. Kinda sucks i know.

According to the fine gentlemen at Nintendo if I transfer from 3DS#2(The Bundle) to 3DS#3(Any). I can transfer from 3DS#1(Mine) to 3DS#2 without any overwriting or loss.

So, anyone interested in buying a digital copy of Fire Emblem for a discounted price? Forgive me if that isn't even allowed.
