Hacking Q: Do a hardmod downgrade from 11.0-33 makes browserhax work again?

You can use a hardmod to downgrade. Once downgraded, the entrypoints for the firmware you downgraded to will work again.

Are you absolutely sure? Because I think it's just a FIRM downgrade, not a complete one...
I'm not sure that includes the browser.

I think I misinterpreted. You are correct, downgrading the native firm alone will not give him access to browserhax. He can then use Oot/CN/FF to do a full downgrade. At this point he can use browserhax. I forgot about the extra steps needed to downgrade to a usable firmware (9.2.0-20).

How good is your soldering? Might be cheaper to buy, another local console on firmwares 10.5 and below then to pay for someone to hardmod and import an entry point!
