Hacking [Q] CFW Capable N3DS - Buy in the UK

I saw a thread a while back about someone managing to get an N3DS on 9.2 or below, for CFW. I used the search function to try find it but it's nowhere to be seen.

I wanna try to get an N3DS in the UK that's CFW capable ._.

Any advice or info? I read about checking the serial numbers on the boxes but I don't know what they are.
