Hacking [Q] 3dsXL, GW emunand 9.7 how to get to emunand 9.5?

I tried to find something but I couldn't, sorry.
(Haven't been on scene for a while. CFWs seem to be much better now!)

So I have an old 3ds XL, with Gateway and 4.5 sysnand, 9.7 emunand.
I would like to put my emunand to 9.5, so I can do this pokemon shuffle hack.
I know it's a silly game, but I love it!

So how can someone in my situation downgrade to 9.5 and still keep my saves? I don't have eshop downloads or themes, if that matters.

I don't think you can downgrade but why don't you install an Ironfall CIA to launch the save data manager? Then you can just edit your save to have 99 lives, 150 diamonds and all the micro transaction garbage for free.

It will be way easier.

Or even easier, just use SaveDataFiler.
