You're missing BootMii, which is very important. You can follow the guide here to set it up.
Also your cIOS are outdated, you can update v11 by following here.

I've managed to get everything up and running except for the Gamecube games.Nintendont keeps telling me: "usb fat device could not be opened," and through USB Loader GX, I receive the message: "Unable to open disc image file."

Additional information:
plugged to USB Port 0 on the Wii.
Activated HDD using diskpart.

Edit: I formatted the HDD again with MiniTool and now it works.
