...no, you don't.

If your 'shrek' is 4:3 aspect ratio (not widescreen), then you must choose 4:3. If it is widescreen, you choose 16:9. Easy peasy.

So if i want to change the video to 480x272 then i just change to aspect ratio to 16:9 and thats all i have to do; Thanks!


Edit: If you use PSPVC what are your video and audio options? If you could list it like this that would be appreciated

video options:
bitrate:
framerate:
Resolution:
Resizer:
Aspect:
Codec:
Pass:

audio options:
Track:
Bitrate:
Hz:
Channels:
Volume:
Delay:
Etc...:

Check the original file and use the same settings; you could probably lower the bit-rate. Depends on how many files you want to be able to fit.
