Hacking PSPiso in 4.75.3; PSP Launcher

I think I may be running into similar issues.
I've managed to put the psp isos into /dev_hdd0/PSPISO/
I cannot see the PSPisos in webMAN.
I can see them in Retro, but when I attempt to launch from mmCM it tells me:

PSP Launcher application is not installed!
Please quit to XMB and install the latest version of "PSP Lancher".

If I'm to infer from the above post correctly, u/gunner007 is saying I need to get a spoofer
and then go on PSN and download a psp launcher? (I'm pretty sure I may be interpreting this wrong)

It is worth noting, my psp backups open fine in ppsspp however. If I could play these things not at my desk, that'd be neat.

What Loke said is correct, you need to install the PSP ISO launcher first anyways.

You also may need to refresh XML HTML in WebMan. Make sure the PSP box is ticked as well.
