I just got a PSP-3000 and permanently installed CFW 6.20 Pro-5 on it. Much props to prowler_, Rydian, and GBATemp for the great tutorials on the site. [IMG]

Just one thing that wasn't clear to me: Is it OK for me to sign up for and access PSN with this CFW?

It was back when PSN was up. While PSN itself is sorta' up, the store is still down, so things may change when it's fully back up if there was added security not taken into account.

It should be fine, but if not the next version of PRO could fix it.

Yeah, store is down, but online gameplay (what I am most concerned about) has been up and running.

You said it should be fine. That meaning, as of right now, it's safe to play my backup ISOs online on PSN (while running 6.20 PRO-5), right?

Heh, I was multi-tasking and missed the thanks earlier, you're welcome.

Yeah gameplay should be fine, I signed up on a CFW myself, and while I don't play online nobody else ever mentions bannings (for the PSP).
