Hacking PSP Games with voice acting freeze

I've been wanting to play games like Star Ocean 1 and 2 and Valkyrie Profile, but I cannot get them to play for the life of me. These games play fine for the first 10 or fifteen minutes, but very often a text bubble will appear without any text, and the PSP freezes and shuts down. I think it might be because the game can't load the voice file or something, because voiceless games like FF4 Complete work perfectly. And physical games work perfectly, too.

Using a 2000, CFW 6.60 PRO-C2. These problems always occur with M33 Driver. But whenever I try to use Inferno or SONY N9660, games won't load at all and the PSP just shuts down. Is there any way to fix this problem?

EDIT: Another game that failed to work correctly was Crisis Core. The problem occurred in cutscenes with voice acting.

did you try downloading those game in other sites? maybe the problem is not the cfw.

Yes, try re-dumping your game. Also, crisis core needs to be run as an iso, not cso. The gta series are like that too. Also, try to disable any plugins. They aren't all compatible with everything or each other.
