Check out wololo blog .... Official !...

    http://wololo.net/2012/09/08/4th-times-the-charm/#more-5397

The game used for Neur0n’s VHBL port is Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, also known as Monster Hunter Portable 2ndG in Japan. Similar vulnerabilities exist in Monster Hunter Freedom 2 and in Monster hunter Portable 3rd, for which we also have VHBL ports (although I haven’t personally tested these ones).

Dl the game as fast a u can..... :)
Then wait for 1.80 vhbl save file to be release

Just a warning to people who see this and consider rushing out to get a Vita: Don't. The Vita itself is not hacked, this is the same thing as being able to run DS homebrew on a 3DS. This is PSP-mode only, only runs homebrew, and even then it runs a limited set of homebrew.

Glad to see the release, though.
