Gaming Psp 3.90m33-3 homebrew doesnt work

I have a PSP which has 3.90 M33-3 and I cant seem to get any homebrew running , its the homebrew games which are set out like this with 2 folders, "folder 1 name" and "folder 2 name"%,
so the one with 2 folders with one folder with a percentage symbol. I have tried putting them in every "Game" folder(Game, Game150, Game380) but nothing seems to work. I also have downloaded the kernel v2 addon for 3.90 and gone into reovery mode and switched it into that so it runs homebrew from 1.50 kernel but the problem still persists could anyone with experiecne with PSP cfw, hacking or homebrew please help me.

You can't get any homebrew to work, or just that one?

Make sure you put the folder into the GAME folder, so it should look like root>PSP>GAME>Homebrew folder

old phat psp or newer slim & lite? also, which homebrew title are you trying to run?
