Hardware PSP 2000 with screen issue

Hello.

Today i have the chance to get a PSP 2000 slim (original FW 6.61) with Battery/Charging unit,Sony Memory Stick and a couple of games at 40 Euros.
Before to buy I want to check it and noticed this issue in the screen:



Some sort of vertical Lines that fold over.

PSP seems ok,the UMD Games works,USB Transfer/charging is okay,also the WiFi.
My idea is 30 Euros.

Hello.

I have disassembled the PSP 2004 and it turns out the Display is faulty.Conecctions/cables checked.
Ordered one on Aliexpress at ~11 Euros.

A new Display arrives and.....

Much better now....
..now with vertical Stripes

(Display fom China - 10 Euros).

The other screen you have is probably fine. Most likely has something to do with the connector on the PSP's board.

Only way you could really check is trying the screens on a 2nd PSP sadly...

Yes that is true.

But this is not so important and bad.
I got this PSP for 20 Euros (Battery,Memory Stick and Charger Unit was included) instead of the original 40 Euros with this Issue from the First Post.
And for this the 10 Euros for the Display does not hurt so much.The PSP is working and has already Custom Firmware on it.
