PSN forgot password??

i forgot my password for my PSN account WHY

so i was wondering if there is anything i can do to recover it (can't use forgot password as i have forgot the password for my psn email account as well

)

i know this is probably hopeless but it doesn't hurt to try

Only way was to request an email with a new password with the email account registered in it.
If the account you lost has a phone number and credit card under your name you can probably try calling Sony department dealing with the PlayStation.
If you don't I doubt there is a way unless remembering the password.

well i have chose to remember the password on the ps3 so i can log in but if i were ever to un-tick remember password it would be GONE FOREVER but i will try calling sony

You're probobly gonna have to create a new account but you really should keep your passwords logged down somewhere, it's common sense.
