If I don't Accept the contract, will they delete my account? How will they give back my funds?

Actually, I'm wondering the same. What do they mean by refund though? Will I get my money on everything I did purchased games from PSN in the past?

If so, I totally want my money back!

They say refund meaning that you get back everything that was in your wallet funded to the payment method associated with the account. Everything you buy on PSN (at least most of it) can be accessed offline. You will not receive refunds for payed for items.

They are looking at all of your porn.

Sony can keep track of all (or at least a good amount) activity on the console. It's how they are able to ban CFW PS3's and such.
