I'll be grabbing a downgrade-able PS3 from eBay in a few days, and seeing as I know nothing about the PS3, I came up with a stupid question. If I were to download content from the PSN Store (free or otherwise) before having my system downgraded, would said content be removed/rendered unusable after downgrading? I'll be installing CFW, and I know accessing PSN will be risky if not impossible afterwards.

(I looked for an "Ask Your Noob Questions Here" thread, but couldn't find one so I thought it'd be alright to post a noob question )

As long as you do not open it then downgrade, then say update to Rogero 4.50 or something (that's what I'm on) you should be fine. Otherwise, you could probably get into the store pretty easily after you updated, most of the time bans are made by people reporting you, not because Sony "has their eye on you".
