Severe Weather in Louisville, KY, Causing Delays
Severe weather in Louisville, KY, caused a significant disruption to operations at Worldport®, UPS's main hub in the United States. As a result, some shipments may experience unavoidable delays.

UPS is working to move shipments to their final destinations as quickly as possible. You can track shipment progress on ups.com.

The UPS Service Guarantee does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to conditions beyond UPS's control.Track Your Packages Now

UPS is working to move shipments
Move, throw, move, throw, move, throw, throw, throw. :P

I just hope everyone gets their package without damage or it doesn't end up empty/stolen.

Looking forward to try out the demo of Snipperclips (is it even a one player game?) after playing a dose of Zelda on the Switch.

Snipperclips is 2 player only.
And yea that would ne the worse thing ever if you get an empty or damage switch.

Amazon hasn't even sent my copy of breath of the wild, but I'm not too worried since it's probably coming from the warehouse in Atlanta that I just got horizon:zero dawn from yesterday. I'm more worried about someone selling or stealing my switch on Friday from GameStop.

Which shipping company does Amazon US usually use?
Primarily UPS but other carriers as well. USPS for large envelope type items is common.

There is also some thing called SurePost where it travels much of the distance UPS and then is delivered by USPS. Always scratched my head at that one because UPS goes down my street everyday.

I wouldn't think it would be much of a delay, It was only a quick storm that hit this morning. There was some damage though. I live in the same state as Louisville
I wouldn't expect more than a day delay for anything.

Hope to make it to Kentucky Kingdom this summer to check out Storm Chaser.

I guess I'm getting botw through surepost. It kinda in a way makes sense for a rural area like where I live. Having ups quickly deliver the package to the local post office is probably cheaper than having USPS doing so. Plus having USPS locally shipping the packages from the post office in an rural area that's spread out is cheaper than having ups make a bunch of extra stops since USPS does those stops anyways.

Everything I've gotten from them this year has been USPS (aka the mail), whether that's just what they use or it was UPS/FEDEX putting stuff in the mail for the last leg (a bizarre practice they use more and more) I couldn't tell you.

Yea i freaken hate surepost. The same thing happens to me, then i gotta wait for the mail the next day.
I even had 1 package get changed from surepost to ups delivery because i had 3 packages coming that day. Then another time i had a 1 package coming but they still took that one to the post office.
But i like fedex more because they run on Saturday and normally i get my packages by 1pm. vs usps and ups where its all random time

Mario party online would suck because the new one will probably be the same as 9 and 10. Pikmin online would be pretty cool though. Definitely gonna get snipperclips, I don't care that it's local co-op only, ill even play by myself if I have to.:P

I actually don't live far from there, in fact I only live an hour away from there.
Last night the storm was something horrible, it actually caused some mild flooding in my area.

The croissant crust is still available though, but not quite as good imo.
