Homebrew [PSA] SafeB9SInstaller will fail if the 3DS ran CTRTransfer 9.2 previously.

All of them using the same 9.2 image from @Plailect 's guide. Sh1t.

All guide CTRTransfer images have been scrubbed of console unique data (other than SecureInfo_A, which is needed to boot for other regions). The LocalFriendCodeSeed from the console is backed up before the transfer, then restored after. The images only contain an empty file with the name "LocalFriendCodeSeed_B".

@Plailect @DestinySky OK, just tested several New3DSes with guide(tm)'s image and GM9's CTRTransfer, I can confirm that the multiple-console-sharing-WLAN-ID after 9.2.0 CTRTransferred comes from a Chinese CTRTransfer image & performing with D9WIP.
The image from the guide(tm) and GM9 never occur this.
